If you want a coil that's designed for specific applications, such as gold prospecting or hunting in highly trashed areas, the 4-Inch Searchcoil will fit the bill. This coil is highly sensitive and offers superior performance when hunting for tiny objects (coins, gold nuggets, jewelry) that are not buried too deeply. It's especailly useful when hunting in trashy areas since it is better able to isolate the good targets from the trash...it has a narrower detection field and is less susceptible to interference from junk metal. This coil is close-faced and waterproof. Fits all current Bounty Hunter models except for the Tracker I-D and the Tracker 2-D. |
